Causal is a Financial Planning & Analysis platform for start-ups. We’d been helping them with top of funnel content for LinkedIn for a while already but now they wanted to strengthen their employer brand to help them with hiring.
Concept
The concept for this video was pretty straightforward. The Causal team had planned a company off-site bringing all their employees together. We gave one of their team a camera, showed them how to use it and asked them to film everything.
Once we got the footage back we edited it into this feel-good reel that ended up going on LinkedIn and the Careers page of their website.
