What’s the typical process for a one-off project?
One-off projects are split into 3 stages:
Pre-production (2 weeks)
Understanding what you – the Client – are trying to achieve
Scoping out the requirements, such as size of film crew, kit, deliverables etc.
Creating a storyboard and shot list
Location scouting for the shoot, if necessary
Production (1-3 days)Filming day
Post-production (3 weeks)
Editing and animation
Reviewing feedback

How do you ensure videos align with our brand?
Clients will normally share their Brand Guidelines document with us at the beginning of the engagement.
Our designer will then use these guidelines when they’re designing custom graphics for your video (e.g. product UI) before these are passed to our animator to work on.
We’ll also decide on the overall vibe of your video – whether it’s serious and mature or young and playful – at the beginning of each project in the pre-production phase and put together a few visual references to work from.
What resources and input from us do you need for each project?
We can handle pretty much everything that goes into making a video but we ask that clients assign 1 point of contact on their side who can review assets and synthesise feedback from the various stakeholders. Of course additional involvement is very welcome but we’re also quite happy to take care of the rest ourselves.
Can you adapt our videos to different platforms (social media, website etc.)?
Yes, we can adapt your video to different formats (e.g. vertical or square) and include these in your list of deliverables
Do you make animated videos?
Yep, we make fully animated videos as well. Check out the examples above.
